  • Date your letter during the Italian Renaissance.
  • Include a proper greeting:
    Dear ...

  • In your introductory paragraph, describe the role of Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance.
  • In the body of your letter, write 3 paragraphs. In each one:
    • Identify a place.
    • Describe what was interesting or memorable about the place.
    • Comment on its importance in either literature, art, architecture, science, math, or politics.
